Unban wave​

Detailed description:

i wana suggest to Pika-Network to unban all banned players (beside blacklisted players)
since most of punishments are from long time ago +1 year ago and those players still want to play on pikanetwork but because of the mistake which they made before 1 year ago they cant play.
so on 31 december at the day of new year on 12pm GMT time zone (or any eu time zones) pika will unban wave.​

• Most of the punishment can be revoked by submitting a ban appeal. There will not be any urban wave to unban all the players who got banned years ago.
