/transfer Bug

So, about 10 minutes ago i purchased a skyking kit voucher (it currently costs 900 mobcoins). After purchasing it however, i didn't receive the voucher. I'm unsure if it's a bug, but i feel that's the only logical explanation. Because of this i would like to receive either my mobcoins back or the kit voucher. My IGN is the same as my name on this site.

I can confirm this because it happened before with the SPECIAL ITEMS only, the regular ones are fine and never glitch but the special ones are almost everytime glitched.
