OP Factions toggle for Rank and PT reward broadcast

toggle for Rank and PT reward broadcast​

Detailed description:

So, whenever a player buys an In-Game rank or claims a Playtime Reward, it broadcasts it in the chat. The prices of these ranks are not too much and have a very small difference and the players don't remember to claim the playtime reward and when they do, it's usually 4-5 rewards. Players grind money together and buy these ranks at once, spamming out the whole chat.
There should be an option in /settings to disable these broadcasts.
The same setting should be used for any other toggleable broadcast that might be added/suggested in the future.​

Reason(s):

These are the reasons for adding the toggle:
- It is annoying as unranked players buy ranks all the time and everyone claims the playtime rewards.
- Other players have nothing to do with them buying ranks (unless interested...)
- It spams the whole chat which is just annoying...​

I agree and would love to see this being added across the server, especially in KitPvP.

+1 from me. Its essential to be able to toggle those messages on and off. I hope it gets added to every gamemode not just OpFactions
