Detailed description:

at this point there are 100s of suggestion pending with scanned tag for years by now. so i am suggesting a new sub forum named "to do". instead of using "scanned" tag the suggestions will be either accepted or denited. instead of scanning the suggestion it will be accepted and moved to "to do" forum which basically is accepted suggestions that are waiting to be implemented in the game​

this will allow the suggestions to be accepted or denied while developers can still take their time instead of it being scanned for years.​

This practically means the same thing, and it says that when a suggestion is on scanned it may take a long time, so im neutral on this matter.

difference is that suggstions will be either accepted or denied. instead of currect system which is implementing first and accepting later which basically makes allmost all the suggestion put on hold for years

well if a suggestion is put on scanned in my experience, it means thats its good, but its being put to the side for devs to review, otherwise it would just be denied if it was a bad suggestion

scanned mostly means its being implemented or will be.
