Tnt timer​

Detailed description:

Hello pika network players I am back with another suggestion.
Players should have access to turn on/off the tnt timer. I would suggest to add it it is a small change but still can be helpful to some players. The setting should be in the minigames bedwars lobby or in the shopkeeper menu in game.​

Reason(s):

some guys are not used to it and they don't like so they want to turn it off but they cannot as the setting is currently unavailable.​
