Support articles require a thumbs-up and thumbs-down reaction system so users can give immediate feedback. Users should click thumbs-up for helpful articles and thumbs-down for articles that need improvement. This functionality enables us to determine which articles perform well and which ones need revisions. Staff members should monitor positive and negative reaction counts to determine which content revisions need priority. Consistent feedback analysis enables the maintenance of precise and efficient support articles.​

The thumbs-up and thumbs-down feedback system enables users to deliver instant feedback which helps in refining support content through actual user experience. The system maintains the articles' usefulness and timeliness throughout their lifespan.​
