Detailed description:

Many players in Oplifesteal do ./cf to make more money and some even try to abuse it as well by doing ./hub mid cf or ./afk.
Introducing taxes just like previous seasons of lifesteal adding back the taxes on coin flips would deduct 10% from the player's winnings, this will allow the exploiters to not abuse that much while doing the CF as there will be taxes deducted from their winnings​

Reason(s):

The reason for the above suggestion is to reduce the amount of players who try to exploit using ./afk, ./hub, etc.​
