Detailed description:

Most players cannot buy in-game currency. Most of em gets iron by voting. In such case, gold is like actual gold, which they cannot buy. Instead, we could add swapping system at fixed rates.​

Reason(s):

Most people cannot buy gold.​

Example(s):

Iron can be swapped to gold at fixed rates, like 1000 iron for 500 gold, 1000iron for 350gold something rates​
