I suggest that you add a support staff on duty room and also a list of different issues, such as requesting tech support, requesting Senior admin, requesting staff, and so on. I also suggest that there be more rooms for support. This will make it alot easier for staff members, such as if someone is requesting staff they can simply go into the selected channel, and if they are requesting tech they can go into that selected channel. Also, there should be a staff whisper set up so if a staff member requires a different member of staff such as admin or senior, they can go into the staff whisper which would alert all staff.
