To add /staff command

Detailed description:
/staff should state all the staff members online and their location of game-mode

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

OP-Prison
Factions
OP-Factions
Practice
Galactix
Classic Factions
Survival
NYCreative
OP-Skyblock
Classic Skyblock
Skywars
Eggwars
OP-Eggwars

Buildwars

Reason:
It will maybe help players or banning hackers, the above suggestion is helpful because i have personally seen conditions where you need a staff member, thats why i wanted to suggest this command,
Just a tad bit of suggestion =) .
If there is already a usage related to /staff command then i`m sorry for posting this on forums and wasting anyone`s time.

Staff are able to vanish to watch players act normally so they can find hackers you wouldn't hack if you knew staff were nearby
