Suggestion:
Please looking it possibilities for use of enchanted books and salvage
Detailed description:
When you reach the salvage level where you can distract enchantments from material it is pretty much useless, because you cannot use the extracted books in anvils.
Also when your level of salvage / repair get's higher you do not get a higher percentage of raw material back. As by that time most people already have /repair to their disposal, the ability to salvage damaged items is not a real gain either.

Raising your salvage / repair skills is not really useful. Necessary is said to much, logical and nice to have would be more accurate. Right now, increasing your salvage skills makes no sense, other then to increase your total mcmmo skills 'to be the best' .
Example:
putting a fire aspect 5 book into an anvil with a 'clean' diamond sword will give you a diamond sword with fire aspect II.
(combining two sharpness 18 swords will not work, looks like over powered enchantments are not available to players)
Salvaging a chest plate with level 200 repair will give you 1 or 2 raw items. salvaging it with level 600 or 700 will give you the same amount.
