Adding different Ranks in between the price margins that already exists

If there are ranks that have a certain speciality or purpose would be quite interesting and fun to play with if bought

For example
The Elementilst-30$ Gives like xp bottles bookshelfs enchant table and gets a special command that had 1 week cool down do that he can enchant an item with anything he wants even with 0 levels
