Suggestion:
Disallow 1.9 in Practice

Detailed description:
So when you play on Practice with 1.9.4 you can't attack your Enemies while in Fight and you get pulled back whenever you try to Block with your Sword it's complete disaster i Pika will disable it

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Practice

Reason:
No reason? I don't know just change it why not

Example:
Here's example me trying to hit a guy it didn't work i couldn't hit him at all http://i.imgur.com/yYodQpC.png also you can't move most of the time while blocking with Sword which doesn't work at all

I see no reason as to why keep it. I believe that no players will choose 1.9 to play instead of 1.8 or 1.7 on practise so it's not needed.

Also i want Practice to be Fully 1.7 currently it's using a Plugin that makes it 1.7 but in actual reality is 1.8 and a lot of stuff is not converted from 1.7
