Suggestion:
Cooldown to /fly

Detailed description:
When you do /fly you should have a 3 second cooldown

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

OP-Factions

Reason:
Its unfair to good pvpers

Example:
When you pvp and you beat the other person and he starts running and gets out of combat its unfair because he will getaway but if there is cooldown the other person could catch up to him and the fight continue.

Maybe a cooldown after combat is more effective.

This isn't really a problem, and your suggestion does nothing for your issue. For one, this is only true of fights occurring in the overworld. Any fights in warps don't have this problem because flying is already disabled. As for the overworld fights, you said /fly currently punishes good pvpers. That is just false. If someone manages to run away from you long enough to trigger /fly, it means they have a fairly good kiting ability. Theoretically you can run just as fast as them and keep up. If they've managed to evade you, it's based on their own skill in movement. A cooldown for /fly being three seconds does nothing to stop this. It would just mean they would have to kite you for an extra 3 seconds, which is totally possible if they've already managed to do so for the length of time needed to escape combat
