Add /ping

Detailed description:
to Check Our pings and Other people Pings

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Reason:
some people dosent use ping hud and can't see if they are laggin or note and all 1.7 users can't see if they are laggin or no

It isn't really needed. I'm pretty sure you can install a Forge mod where you can see your Ping. And it's better, cause when your in-combat and you wanna check your Ping soo bad. You just look on your screen instead of typing "/ping" in chat. But you'll never know, just giving my opinion.

Yep I know that but I asked a staff member(Don't remember him actually) and said Ping indicator mods aren't blacklisted mods,as The5Zig indicates the ping too.
