Detailed description:

As per the Pika Network rules if player is Banned and he makes new account which is called as Ban evading and for Ban evading there is a permanent ban so if the player is banned for 90 days and he makes new account and gets Ban Evasion then after his 90 Days Banned account is unbanned his other Account should be unbanned too As he was evading at the time He was banned in his main account if he is caught second time then He should get Permanet ban​

Ban Evasion has always been a permanent ban, not based on what the first account was banned for. If you are banned for something, then read the rules and wait for it to expire; do not break any other rules. It is considered as 2 separate punishments.
