Detailed description:
Problem:
Right now, the server has a moderate anti-cheat system but I'm sure everyone is aware of the amount of hackers on PVP servers (Ex: Bedwars, Eggwars, Skywars, Practice PVP, Kit PVP, etc). To counter this problem, the server released a new /report command. But, in many different servers, I have literally spammed this command to plead for admin help because of a hacker on a server but nobody came to the rescue.

Suggestion:
1) Get a better anti-cheat system which should at least block common hacked clients such as Wurst, Skill Client, etc. (duh)
2) Give longer sentences to hackers instead of just kicking or temp-banning them to prevent use of alternative accounts and cracked accounts
3) Get more staff to monitor the server and find hackers.
4) Apply a VPN blocker and use IP bans more often to reduce the ease of hacking on the server

Kit-PvP
Practice
Skywars
Eggwars
OP-Eggwars
Other

Reason:
Because right now, the server is literally crowded with hackers, which is driving players away from your server. In addition, in my opinion, the amount of hackers is the number one reason why your server has gone down in ranks (it used to be the number one cracked server) and why the number of ordinary players (without hacks) has decreased.

Example:
It's too easy to catch a hacker on the server. Literally almost every game you play has at least one hacker playing.

Ye I think the VPN blocker is a very good suggestion, but many IP's get changed after 24 hours. In germany can more peoples use the same IP, but they only have a other port. Thats the reason why I dont like IP bans. It can happend that I join tomorrow on pika and my IP is banned.(Could happend)

I understand what you mean but do you think we are bots on forums you aren't the only one to bring this on the forums ,countless people have asked for GOOD anti cheat but as things are progressing with admins and moderators being busy with new updates just HOPE that a new anti cheat would be announced....

This are my suggestion to stop hackers entering the server.
If the hacker was able to join the server, then when the hacker hacks. watchdog will continuously collect data from that player until the player is proven hacking. If the player got caught hacking they will be automatically ban. This isnt a custom plugin where I will send you the link.

Yeah ... watch dog isn't the best in its job it can ban legit players I woul recommend you watch countless videos of youtubers bashing watchdog as hypixek worst decision...

1) I agree and I definitely think that a better anticheat will help the server but i doubt it will be released shortly because of the problems that pika is facing and also because people have been asking it for months -if not years- and nothing has happened yet.
2)Every single hacker gets perm-banned.
3)Pika is constantly accepting staff and there's an app form for that kind of stuff.
4)I really don't know bout that. It may be helpful because it'll block people from using VPN but on the other hand there's the issue that zquizle has already addressed.

So, i'll stay neutral in this one.
