Hey,

Pika is not using a Custom Plugin anyway they are using StrikePractice which is both on MC-Market and Spigot therefore it's best to you contact the Author anyway Its possible to send the "GG" Message but it's not something very Important anyway to make the bBot get your skin might cause incompatibilities as Pika is using SkinRestorer plugin and the Plugin might mistake your skin with the Mojang one or the SkinRestorer one so It's kinda messed up situation.
