Strike update​

Detailed description:

Currently if you get 2 strikes and get a value reduction, your value is reduced the second you get the strikes. However this is flawed as if its early in the map people will be encouraged to break the rules if they have no value. If you guys take the value reduction upon payout screenshot, this punishment would be further effective. Right now if your like 5 days from payout ss you can just f setbase somewhere eles then re setbase and nothing would happen. Yes, 2strikes are 2 strikes, they do add up but this would better the punishment and reduce rule breaking.​

Reason(s):

To make strikes more effective and reduce rule breaking, as currently a bunch of factions just shield abuse and bs stuff like that.​

what i think elopvp is trying to say is your rule book needs serious fixing. please refer to my suggestion of rule changes which was created 2 maps ago. Pika needs and deserves a revamp before the winter map :)
