stop people from dying at spawn​

Detailed description:

to prevent people from dying at spawn from the portal bug going on, install some plugin that deletes tnt carts from spawn or you could make spawn an actual safe area where no one gets hurt from anything. you could also install a plugin that doesn't allow you to place obsidian within the first 50 blocks of the nether (since thats how they get it to spawn).​

Reason(s):

the bug is annoying, i've been killed twice from it now​

Example(s):

when someone tries to place obsidian blocks within first 50 blocks of nether, it automatically removes it. when someone puts a tnt cart at spawn, it gets automatically removed. when someone explodes a tnt cart at spawn, they dont get injured.​
