Suggestion:

/spec command improvement​

Detailed description:

Make it so if a player is in waiting lobby before game starts, you cant /spec him. Many players abuses this to snipe other players. /spec is suppose to be used for spectate, not snipe.​

Reason(s):

Because snipers are annoying and /spec should be only used to spectate not snipe.​
