Please can someone tell me how do I use them? Pleeeeaaaase!!!!

You just place them down and wait for them to do their job. The more spawners you put together the more mobs will spawn. Be sure you are on the island for the mobs to spawn, otherwise they won't (and if they do spawn and you leave the island alone without anyone on it, the mobs will despawn). In addition, put the spawners in a dark place away from light otherwise mobs will never appear.
