• Add a Spawner Efficiency branch to /is upgrades that decreases the spawn timer of stacked spawners by 2% per level (up to 10%).
• Unlocked using Island Eco / Crystals earned from grinding and levelling up the island.

Reason(s):

• Gives island leaders a long-term progression goal that directly boosts their mob farm output.
• Balanced reward for active islands looking to optimize their mob grinders without breaking entity limits.

Example(s):

An island spends 50,000 Island Crystals on "Spawner Speed Level 3", lowering the interval between spawner waves across all island spawners by 6%.​
