Detailed description:

I mean on that like if you send the same message 2 times you will get somthing 1-10 warn if you get to 10 mute 1 day or low or high is with the spam and is not only in lobby is only with the ALL minigames​

Reason(s):

beacuse is the best soulation for spammers​

There is already a anti spam filter, and there isn't a rule about sending the same message 2 times.

There is flooding/spamming which links to 3+ messages for spamming, or "hellooooooooooooooooooooooooo" for flooding.
