Isn't plot chat in creative also counted as party chat?

Party chat works as if you are a party member then you can see what your party talks about.

So does plot chat?

If you are the corresponding plot, of course, you can see the person that talks in the plot chat.

And also a dumb question, Why give warnings to people typing in the plot chat for some rules when the plot owner can just simply kicks him out? If you don't like the plot, then just leave????

Becuase some people don't know how to defend themselves so they are punished so they can't say mean stuff to people. Also, the same type of people to say mean stuff in plot chat or party chat or faction chat, etc are the same people to do the same thing in pms and public chat.
