Honestly just want to speak out my experience over the years regarding the time for resolving tickets/support requests.
As a player since 2017 in this server, Staff ticket to Player turn around is really bad and did not improve. Most of the time players experience 2days to a Week for their requests to be looked on. Resolve time is also not even improving.
I know staff here does not get paid, but for a big server for over many years can player to staff response time please be better? maybe place systems where players are more accessible to staff rather than stating 'your ticket may take time please wait'
Giving you a scenario where your money is missing in the bank and you need the funds right now, you have been waiting for a week and your life depends on the 'funds' that the 'bank' is holding. Would you not be irritated to hear the bank staff 'please wait your time please' ?
I know its a BIG ask to please have a better system, but please re-work something. Do something to have better engagement.
This is my thoughts, I've posted numerous threads in the past, don't really know if it matters because most of the threads here are only invested upon with people who have the time to criticize the game and sadly I'm part of it.
