Detailed description:

Make anvil (or something similar), can be used to;

(1) Remove enchants from armour (Cost exp/Gain exp?)

(2) Repair armour (Cost exp)​

Reason(s):

(1) You might have some enchants you dont want i guess and want some exp back maybe?

(2) Theres no way for nons to repair armour from my view, the only way is with /repair.​

Example(s):

(1) You have an armour with prot, fire prot, projectile prot, and unbreaking. You wanna remove projectile protection.

(2) You're a non/a player who cant do /repair. You have a p6 armour or special set and not friends w any ppl who has /repair, how u gon repair? Let it break or just keep it in pv forever?​
