skymines elytra use modification​

Detailed description:

for the new skymines reset season there's a misc update:

• You can no longer use Elytra in the end world.

my suggestion is change this update with :

you can no longer use Elytra in outposts​

Reason(s):

it is really annoying that when you are in an outpost while pvping sometimes people may team against you and when you catch one you about to kill they use elytra as running tool.
ig it's helpful for people to run if they playing peacefully or when ppl team at you. but since now the new season have no Amethyst in the outpost . if you jump in an outpost it's absolutly going to be pvping.
otherway this may lead to a new whole other update of combat click here for more details about combat update​
