SkyBlock, the seasonal gamemode...

Hey everyone,

one short question: Will OpFactions reset a 5th time before SkyBlock once again?

Yesterday midnight I couldn't sleep for a long time... My thoughts about when I first joined the server and instantly navigating to SkyBlock wouldn't stop. These thoughts made me really hyped for playing and grinding again. SkyBlock has the best community on the whole server in my opinion! Since the beginning I knew this was really fun to play - the bugged mob heads didn't stop me from grinding and having fun building creative things, talking to others and trading spawners.
If I'm not wrong here, Classic SkyBlock was a so called "persistant" gamemode back then. One day I had 1000 Iron from voting and I didn't know what useful stuff to buy - So I went to SkyBlock and saw this:

Trust me, it didn't take 10 seconds before I made my decision...
SkyBlock was not seasonal then, but the hope in a reset felt so good!

Today, I randomly joined the gamemode again and asked some guys to come for a screenshot...

And here is our appeal to the staff team: Please reset the gamemode again, it's about time!

Some stuff really needs to be improved, but there are enough suggestions on that.

The devs doesn’t realise that Skyblock gets boring within 5-6 months. It took me and my team 2-3 weeks until we completed all the /collections. Then, once we had purchased our spawners and made our warden farm, all there was left to do was:

AFK
Sell chests
buy spawners
And repeat^

There is litteraly nothing else to do.
Every time the Devs reset Skyblock, they walk away from the game mode and call it a day for around 1-2 years. It happens almost every reset.

Like, it’s great, being one of the top islands with a stupid amount of money, but there is nothing to do.
I’d be surprised if they reset it before 2026 tbh, it’s only been up for 5 months and to their eyes, it doesn’t need resetting until it’s reached a year or 2.

Oh and don’t get me started on bugs bugs seems to only get fixed every reset so basically once a year/2 lol
(devs fix /rankcolor pls it’s the only thing I want fixed)

I don't wanna waste my time explaining why as no one would even read but just delete skyblock. I cared about "Classic Skyblock" not "SkyBlock" Which is filled with toxicity, hackers , and overall a useless community.

There is no point in playing a gamemode like this, you are a new generational player that's why you would get mad but you wouldn't understand the feeling of a person who has been playing skyblock ever since it was upgraded to 1.16.4.
I would like to say it in short. Before there were players with whom I would have actual fun playing with, I wouldn't know when 10 hours passed thats how good they were. There was little to no toxicity UNLIKE THE SKYBLOCK RIGHT NOW. Escaping the pvp would take actual skills UNLIKE THE SKYBLOCK NOW. This is what I want, THIS IS WHAT THE OGS WANT. You know, there are no old people right now except robin_ranger and HuntrrKing. Ask any of them what was "CLASSIC SKYBLOCK" Then you would understand what a gamemode felt like.
This was the first and only gamemode where I gave it all I had. This is the gamemode that develpoed my leadership the old APPLICIANTS , SILENCE , NEMESIS. NON OF YOU CAN MAKE IT RETURN.

SO PLEASE STOP TALKING AND SAYING " BRING SKYBLOCK BACK" OR "RESET SKYBLOCK". THE BEST YOU WILL GET IS A GAMEMODE WITH SHT MAP AND SHT COMMUNITY. PIKA IS RUINING EVERY SINGLE GAMEMODE THERE IS. NON OF THEM, NON KNOWS WHAT FEELINGS MEANS. GO AND ASK KUSKYLOL , HUNTRRKING , SH1NYAKAZAMI ASK THEM WHAT FEELINGS MEANS. ASK THEM WHAT CLASSIC SKYBLOCK WAS. EVEN IF ONE PLAYER SAID IT WAS A SHT GAMEMODE WITH TOXIC COMMUNITY I WILL LEAVE PIKA NETWORK FOREVER. Also ur saying to reset SkyBlock which I'm disagreeing to and the Dev doesn't care about SkyBlock. Non including me does now. I wanted a gamemode where I can have fun not a gamemode where I get 20v1ed by randos and they are so toxic that they spam L and swear after winning a 20v1.

Ranks don't make one famous. A unranked can be more known then highest rank U are just trying to act like a og who has been playing since the start.

I don't care about the fact that I got 20v1ed I only lost my pet and 2x titan nothing else was valuable. It's about the toxic community which has been created because of people like U.

And if U call the ssn one of SkyBlock fun U don't know what fun means.

I have asked many times to reset SkyBlock because I thought the people deserved it. These people don't deserve anything.

Why are you making things up buddy, Im a good person, I have never been toxic to other players, just sometimes using the boomerang effect.
And of course can unranked persons be more known that a ranked players, but you never saw me, and I was there!
SkyBlock is actually fun, as I dont think that pvp is what SkyBlock is about.

I can build whatever I want, i can be creative, build the most OP and efficient farms, grinding, selling, whatever. I can live without pvp... Your toxic community comes with pvping just like those 20v1s. Surely pvping can be fun sometimes, but its on your own what you do and what can happen. I also started playing SkyBlock in version 1.16.4, that is a fact and not "acting like og".

Whatever, suggestions got accepted. So there will be a new season soon. Let's just end this conversation here, you dont make it better. Think of the people who deserve a reset, those who focus on real SkyBlock stuff. Not about the ones who dont deserve it. SkyBlock has a great community!

I am just saying that you have never played SkyBlock in 2021-22 as I knew every person including grinders , farmers and builders I did more then just PvP. I never said ur a horrible person I am talking about your team which trash talks all day.

SkyBlock was never and will never be all about PvP. They have ruined everything including grinding farming and getting levels. Before you had to work for getting LVL 100 now U can just afk. Other then the new gen everyone can agree that SkyBlock is ruined and that's the fact. Still you are like reset SkyBlock reset SkyBlock. A reset won't do anything either they go old school like they went with opfac and opsb or quit with SkyBlock.

And you went to check my punishment history you should have also seen I have been muted for all of these within the past 6 months because of this toxic community. If someone talks bad to me I won't just watch.

I played in 2022 with my old, cracked account. I did not know that my Team is or was toxic, sorry about that, but trust me - they got their reward for that, surely! Any of the 2 teams you mean. I still think that mostly the old community - talking from before ssn 1 - should be interested in the good old SkyBlock by making reports or suggestions to make it good once again, let's just hope they dont ruin the next season again.
