Skyblock Glitch :/

I know theirs probably already a thread on this but I'm going to make another one! I have been experiencing a glitch where it tells me I can not go to my island, saying, "you've reached the edge of the world'' and it will teleport me to spawn. http://prntscr.com/d68pot Also when I warp to someone else's island and I try to do /is to go to my island it brings me to dutchminer's island. One more thing, sometimes when I warp to other individuals islands it automatically kicks me from skyblock and puts me at the hub and says "Session Login" http://prntscr.com/d68r91. I really want the dev team to do something because I was really looking forward to playing skyblock and so were some other fellows as well!

Be sure that you are using the correct version of minecraft(1.8.9)this might help you in getting kicked and saying "session login"
