Denied OP Factions Side timer cooldown / cannon switching cooldown

Side timer cooldown / cannon switching cooldown​

Detailed description:

There should be a side timer cooldown of 5 minutes and there should be a 10 minutes cooldown before changing from buffering to siding.​

Reason(s):

This would make raiding possible as currently there is no side timer cooldown or changing cannon cooldown as a result people start buffering and as soon as buffers are breached they have 10000 sides ready to shoot and as the server does not allow Flyboost it's extremely hard and makes raiding not so fun or enjoyable therefore it should be implanted to give the players a better experience​

Its common in most faction servers and is a must nowadays​
