Show reason of denied bug report​

Detailed description:

When our bug report gets denied I suggest we get a reason for this denial
Pika will give 4 options

It was reported by some1 else

It was not a bug

Our inability to fix the bug

Insufficient information​

Reason(s):

We will know the real reason of it being denied​

I don't really think they need to explain further , the four reasons they gave are already enough!

But we wont know the real reason from the denial wether it os duplicated or in sufficient evidence(oh its obvious) or inablity to fix the bug or not a bug ( thats also obvious

already reported mean some1 already report the bug..
if smth isnt bug then they wont accept it..
inability to fix is sometime prolly plugin issue or smth
and u need to provide exact info for insufficient information!
all four are obvious
