Detailed description:

Im a very lazy person. i would argue many pika players are! so shorten some party commands so that us lazy ppl can still be lazy.
1. Making /party list into /p l
2. Making /party settings into /p s

a simple addition to server.​

Reason(s):

reason? it just makes typing that much easier if u're ingame​
