Sets notification toggle​

Detailed description:

When I mine beacons it looks like this:
- Flying to beacon
- switching to chestplate
- mining beacon
- switching back to elytra
- flying to next beacon
- switching to chestplate again
- ...
(all that happens in like 5-10 seconds)

Everytime when I switch back to my chestplate to drop to the beacon I get this notification in chat:
‣ You are now wearing the Eye Set.

I suggest adding a slot in /settings to toggle this message.​

Reason(s):

Besides from the 2 spaces between ‣ and You (check this screenshot to see what i mean) there are these reasons to make the message toggleable:
1. It floods chat
2. I know what set I am wearing
3. Being able to toggle it off would not be a removal​
