Self-Taught Strategy - Is this good?

I have this self-taught strategy since Day 1 of me playing BedWars. I used to have 3 positions (Attacker, Defender, Sniper), but now we have 7.

The strategy applies only in Trios and Quads.

ie.
3s:
Attacker + Defender + Sniper
2 Pseudo Defenders + Goalkeeper

4s:
2 Rushers + Defender + Goalkeeper

I will be honest, after reading this i am starting to realise how much of a allrounder i am tbh I do every role at once

I mean, there's excellent effort put into making this, but still, it's not pretty practical in a fast-paced server like Pikanetwork, as everyone here's a rusher ,ig it would work better on other servers compared to Pikanetwork.
