I click the selector in the lobby once and get kicked for spam...
This happened more than once.
When the selector kicks me it also denies me from joining for a while.
Also Sometimes I also get kicked as soon as I try to join because the lobby says its outdated

The Hub is a laggy place, it is not designed for players to stay there, so server resources are pushed in the direction of other game-modes; Yes the answer to your question is just wait 4 seconds for the selector to open up, This means: do not spam click the compass.

Lobby can be rly rly laggy if you just rightclick the compass 2 or 3 times while lagging you get kicked because
the server did not noticed that you are alrdy clicked and logged in.

You got kicked because of the lag that is on the hub. Nothing to worry about.
