I understand your frustration, but the staff members have more experience and knowledge than you do. What you deem as punishable doesn't mean that a staff member will think the same. Believe and trust in the staff member as they are a staff for a reason.

First of all why you gave him rank before receiving 10 eu pika gold? This is common way you can get scammed. Always ask buyer to send money/gold first then you send rank/items to the player.
