Say me why i got banned PLEASE

So i was playing doubles with my friend and i got banned for 24h with the reason: Hacks.
I was playing normally until that happened.Idont use hacks for a simple reason:I dont know how to install them!!!
I play Minecraft since it was released and I just want to play the game normal whithout problems.When I got banned I was playing with my friend and we were about to win.
then it showed me THAT: PLEASE I WANT TO UNBAN ME :(
