Detailed description:

As shown in the example image I shared, players currently get pop-up notifications such as the “Please speak English in public chat” reminder. I think adding a similar system for rule awareness would really help reduce accidental rule breaks.

My idea is to introduce a small pop-up notification that appears occasionally, saying something like:
“Click here to review the Public Offence Rules.”

When a player clicks the highlighted RULES text, it should automatically open the official rules page on the website, specifically the Public Offence section. This makes it quick and easy for players to access all important information without needing to ask moderators or search manually.

This feature would help new players understand the rules faster, remind existing players of important guidelines, and overall reduce confusion and unintentional rule violations. It improves communication, makes the server more beginner-friendly, and supports a cleaner, more respectful chat environment.​

Reason(s):

This feature would help the server enforce rules more effectively and keep gameplay fair for everyone. It would also introduce new players to the website, making it easier for them to understand the rules and get familiar with the community.​

Good suggestion, but one thing I would like to add, along with the rules link, "Report rule breakers using /report <username> in-game and here: (link to forums reports)" can also be included.
