Rework ah​

Detailed description:

Rework auction.

Make it so you set a minimum price and a certain time for items to be sold at auction.

Make a separate shop that can be used like the current ah but it'd be a player shop. (which could be a stand at the spawn.)​

Reason(s):

I'm unsure if auction houses are what are in game (you bid im pretty sure not set a price and you dont have a price for it 24/7)​

Example(s):

I sell a diamond or put on auction to bid for 400 minimum someone can bid 400 or more and more people can add onto it.​
