Suggestion:
Reset in-game punishments via store.
Detailed description:
This suggestion is about giving players a second chance to rejoin the server by resetting their punishment history. The reset feature would allow players to move on from their mistakes, but it needs to be implemented in a way that ensures fairness and prevents misuse. Here’s how it would work:
Players would have the option to reset their punishment history through the server store. However, this isn’t something they can use endlessly—it would be limited to two resets per player for their entire time on the server. This makes it a meaningful choice, giving players a rare opportunity to redeem themselves instead of offering an easy way out for repeat offenders.
One major benefit of this feature is that it helps players retain their stats and purchased ranks, which are often lost when a player is banned. For players who have invested significant time or money into the server, losing these things can be incredibly frustrating and depressing, especially if they’re ready to reform and follow the rules. This reset option ensures that they can get a fresh start without losing everything they’ve worked for.
To prevent abuse, the server would have safeguards in place. For example, players permanently banned for violations like hacking or extreme toxicity wouldn’t be eligible for an automatic reset—those cases would still require manual review by the staff. Additionally, resetting punishments would come with a cost in the server store, making it a serious decision rather than something done on a whim.
This feature isn’t just about erasing mistakes; it’s about giving players who genuinely regret their actions a fair chance to rejoin the community, while still holding them accountable for future behavior.

Reason(s):
- Banned players often lose their stats and purchased ranks, which can be frustrating for those who are ready to reform.
- Provides a fair chance for players to redeem themselves without permanently locking them out for past mistakes.
- Encourages players to reflect on their actions and improve their behavior.
- Adds a meaningful monetization option for the server while ensuring it’s not easily abused.
Example(s):
A player who was caught evading their ban by playing on the server with an alt account while his/her main account was IP-banned decides to use the reset option. After purchasing the reset, the ban on their main account is lifted.
