Removing / Reducing E-pearl cooldown
Detailed description:
I feel like having a 15 s. e-pearl cooldown would be good in some cases, such as the pits at spawn. However, i feel like it is completely unnecessary to have the overworld follow that restriction and also have a 15 s. e-pearl cooldown.
Reason(s):
Firstly, this server may require multiple usecases for pearls, such as using them to escape tricky situations, such as escaping fall traps without an elytra, elytras aren't easily obtainable via /shop anymore, hence not everyone can afford to purchase an elytra. Giving them time to use more pearls can significantly improve the QoL when trying to escape from traps.
Also, it is possible to eventually run out of pearls, hence the argument of "constant stalling" doesn't always apply, as players are unable to use /shop while in combat and you will be able to eventually catch up to them and kill the opponents.
Lastly, crystals are sold in the shop, which makes me assume that the server is somewhat related to cpvp, in which e-pearls are a huge part of, adding such high cooldowns for epearls can negatively impact the pace of the gameplay, and not only in cpvp, as pvp evolves, new metas appear, and sticking to the old "people run away when no pearl cooldwon" is simply too obsolete, as this 15 s. cooldown will heavily restrict new forms of pvp appearing.
