Removing gear 3 and adding back speed to pickaxe, or removing it fully​

Detailed description:

When speed was removed it was fun to PvP, and same could say when it was on pickaxes after
they add gear 3 enchant.
I stop PvP cus it's like someone get full inventory gear 3 and be dominating PvP.
It's no fun for others to PvP. So i would suggest
adding speed 3 on pickaxe and removing gear 3, or removing fully speed from PvP.​

Reason(s):

1) pvp will be fair for everyone;
2)people will not dominate pvp with full inventory gear 3;
3) everyone can get speed 3 pick by upgrading;
4) unranked people will be able to get speed 3;
5) OverPowered;
6) Unbalanced;
7) Hated by community;
