Remove Utopia Map
Detailed description:
The Utopia map should be removed from rotation (forever?).
It is a 4s map (maybe also 3s?)

Reason(s):
Last year, it used to have the diamonds diagonally to the side with the bed outside the base.
The base is really long so the gen was way too far from the bed at the front of the base.
Now the bed is inside the base and the diamonds are in a direct line with mid.
The base and mid are at the same height but diamonds are lower for some reason.
There is no diagonal option anymore and you can just go from mid to steal the other teams diamonds.
NB: I found an older video showing that the current iteration (with the bed inside) is like that and last years version (with the bed outside) was a modification.
When I searched for the word "Utopia" in previous suggestions I found 3 Denials of people asking to bring it back!

Staff have said it was really unpopular and wont be coming back
