OP Lifesteal Remove too expensive in anvil for ranks

Suggestion:

Remove too expensive in anvil for ranks​

Detailed description:

When you have a rank it could be neutron proton gamma or any other you dont have to deal with the too expensive error in anvil when you combine items which are too big to enchant. Like if you want to combine to swords like two maxed out sharpness4 you cant because the anvil says it is too expensive so the ppl with ranks should have the ability to enchant these items​

Its actually very frustrating in a gamemode like opliesteal that you cant combine the items which are enchanted over the anvil limit(it is a vanilla feature).I know there is a item combiner availaible but that doesnt work with sets if you try combine a armour to a armour which has ability either the buffs are remove or it is not combined and you end up wasting your maxed armour.​

Like is you want to max your dune set you cant max it with other armour you have because it remove the buffs the dune sets give or it will just not give the enchants on the other armour thats why we need to use the anvil to combine these things so if it could be that you can remove the too expensive feature from the anvil for the people with ranks it could be very helpful​

This addon would be useless as there already is a command /combine which already bypasses the Too Expensive thing so adding a feature for this would be useless

It does not combine enchantments for example of you combine a dune set with a maxed gset it removes the buff that gset give or it does not apply the enchantment

When combining special items with "vanilla" maxed items, the order in which you combine is important. In many cases I've had no issues combining things like last season's school drill with the enchants of a tool set pickaxe, though in my opinion a secondary option would work so I'm kinda in favor of this
