The concussion strikes from the swords, and the other tool abilities need to be removed or be able to be turned off.
Reason(s):
No one has ever found these useful, they flood the chat and they prevent you from opening chests and using shields.
Also, they are really easily counter able, as you just need to have purification on your helmet and the concussion strikes
will be useless.
This will make PvP more enjoyable and will make players be able to use chests, and most things without having to worry about having a tool/sword in their hand.

Most of the times at koth, after winning, i try to open the chest as fast as i can and the concussion strike from my sword prevents me from doing that.
When i try to use a shield, it is almost unusable due to the concussion strike, as it is delayed from it, it also floods my chat when enabling and disabling my shield alot of times.
