Remove Regen Stealing effect in axe​

Detailed description:

since gap pvp exists it was durra pvp , it was never supposed to make you gap 10 times in a minute. removing the regen stealing axe would balance the pvp out... since it was added not to long ago it is one of the most hated features . also only obtanable from season crates , making it even harder for the f2p players .​

Reason(s):

As one of the gap pvpers i already can feel when my gap runs out making me more concentrated on movement and aim than looking hearts,
sudden regen remove just doesnt make any sense to my "reflexes" its just not a good feature​
