Denied BedWars remove rank requirments to use cosmetics

remove rank requirments to use cosmetics​

Detailed description:

Can we removed the rank req for ingame cosmetics​

Reason(s):

i almost have all of the cosmetics on like almost all of them are not usesable pls removed it​

This would make all ranks basically useless, this is also going to get denied since something too similar to this has already been denied, -1.

on other ranks u can nick and spectate
