OP Lifesteal remove impossible levels

Suggestion:

remove impossible levels​

Detailed description:

when I was playing in opls and grind levels. there are many levels which r not fixed like kill 250 puffer fish in level 60.​

and above 60 level there r way to mush impossible levels like kill 500 squids and the squid and puffer fish does not spawn in the overworld either any water mobs doesn't spawns plz fix this.​

Reason(s):

if there is a level that people never does it gone bad imprison on server. and people got demotive to play when people do hard work to get about 50 to 60 level when they say level to cant do it is bad for server and every people cant afford to buy levels skip to skip that levels​

Example(s):

change these type of replace level 60 kill pufferfish to mine 100 kelp and other like kill 500 squids to craft potions or carft 200 lether helmet like this ​
