Remove elytras while in combat​

Detailed description:

Listen. i was just fighting in pvp arena for the last hour and i didnt get a single kill because when people are low or their armor is about to break they just fly away while having 40 hearts like its nothing, i was fighting 1v2 for 10 minutes i wasted so many gapples , xp bottles and pots for them just to run away while their armor broke even though i was outnumbered, it makes pvp not fun and no one likes it​

Reason(s):

PvP is gonna be more rewarding cuz its actually gonna be possible to kill stacked players thus resulting in more interesting pvp, which is good for the server​
